My 10 Grocery Must Haves

A list of the top 10 foods that always land in my grocery cart, and how I use them. 1. Oatmeal I've been obsessed with oatmeal lately. I know people hate it, but adding some berries and some flavored protein powder makes it really yummy! My power oats fill me up and taste so good! I'll even put a little bit of greek yogurt for some extra protein. 2. Fresh Greens I literally eat a big green salad every day! I'll fill it with bell peppers, onions, tomatoes and my choice of prot
