Conrad's Crunch: Taste the Gains

These are fire!

I'm jumping right into the recipe because I really don't like when people explain there life story before they give the recipe. I'll explain my life after :)

Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups oats

  2. 1/2 cup sunflower seeds

  3. 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

  4. 1/2 cup dried apricots or cranberries, chopped

  5. 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  6. 1 tsp sea salt

  7. 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  8. 2/3 cup A2 milk (optional)

  9. 1/2 cup natural peanut butter, melted

  10. 3 tbsp honey

  11. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

  12. 1 tsp vanila extract

  13. 1 cup vanila protein powder

  14. 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degree F. Grease a 13x9 inch baking dish.

  2. Mix oats, sunflower seeds, walnuts, cinnamon, salt and protein powder in a large bowl.

  3. Stir yogurt, peanut butter, honey, coconut oil and vanilla extract together in a separate bowl unit smooth. Add to oats mixture and stir. Mix the apricots and chocolate chips into resulting mixture; if its still dry, add the A2 milk.

  4. Spread into prepared baking sheet.

  5. Bake until browned; about 15 minutes. Cut into smaller pieces to make them bar-like.

If you want a bit crunchier bar, leave in for another 5-10 minutes.

Refrigerate to store!

This is the only protein bar that won't give me a tummy ache. My life has changed. Nutritious and tasty! Thanks to my momma for being my cooking partner.

Enjoy!
